Homesnap is a digital platform for real estate agents and provides tools and resources for them to connect with their clients.
In working with Homesnap, I designed digital assets for the team such as social media posts, public-facing icons, editorial designs, and mockups. Some product designs for employee packages are also included here.
The Homesnap SnapShot is a weekly podcast and newsletter that covers current trends and topics in the real estate industry.
In exploring the idea of SnapShot as a printed magazine, I created this editorial design for Snapshot. Each issue would cover a different topic and be sent to subscribed brokerages.
When I began working with Homesnap, they were just beginning to expand on their social media presence and needed content to increase engagement. My role was to take existing articles on Homesnap’s blog and create social media posts for their Facebook and Instagram pages.
Here are a few examples of designs I created in close collaboration with the Social Media Content Manager and senior designer.
In an effort to marry art with marketing, I used my passion for street work and guerilla advertising to create a poster promoting the Homesnap app to be displayed in public transit areas.
The goal was to create a design that would use fine art to capture the viewer’s attention and promote Homesnap.
Here is a poster I created taking inspiration from M.C. Escher.
The following image showcases the digital icons I created for the Homesnap help desk. These are public-facing and help users navigate through the FAQ and help desk areas of the platform.
Below is a description of each icon:

Recorded Webinars
Homesnap Pro Basics

In an effort to show build camaraderie among teammates, I created emojis for each of the four specific team core values.
These were used internally among teammates to show appreciation and recognize hard work and achievements across the board.
Below is a description of each value
Never Let Your Teammates Down
Accountability
Growth
Grit
Each year Homesnap gives branded gifts to their employees. These can range from backpacks to jackets.
For the 2020 year, I designed several canvas bag options that would be given to employees. The option to give them to partnered brokerages was also considered.
